Cucumbers in Vinegar and Cream

Ingredients

  • 1 large English cucumber (sliced into thin slices)
  • ½ c white vinegar
  • ½ c heavy cream
  • 1 T sugar (or sugar substitute)
  • 2 T fresh dill
  • ½ t salt
  • Directions

    1. Combine all ingredients.
    2. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (longer is better).
    3. Serve.
